You can shop at www.lipaka.com with or without registration.

We recommend you to shop with registration to keep track of the products you have previously purchased. We distribute most of our products electronically. As a registered customer, You will be able to download your purchased products at any time.

Purchase with registration

1. Click on ‘register’ at the top right of the page. If you are already a registered customer, click “sign in” at the top right of the page.

2. If you haven’t already, please fill out the required billing information and shipping address.

3. Find the publications or drawings you are interested in and place them in your cart. The description of each product indicates whether it is offered in printed or electronic form. Book publications also includes a language version.

4. In the cart, it is possible to edit the number of selected products, or to delete somme of them from the cart. The minimum order price is 3 Euro.

5. Select the payment method.

6. Confirm your order.

7. Your new order and invoice will appear in the “My Account / Orders” section.

8. Pay for your order. At this time, it is possible to pay by bank transfer to our account, or using PayPal service. If you have decided to pay by bank transfer, please enter the 10-digit invoice number in the variable symbol. This will make it easier for us to identify your payment.

9. As the payment appears in our account, the customer will receive an email confirming the transaction. The customer will be at the same time informed, that his order is sent or the ordered publications are ready to download in My Account / Downloads section.

10. All publications distributed in electronic form that you have purchased from us can be found in the section My Account / Downloads. After downloading the publication, please follow the instructions in the Start Here section.

11. If a customer has chosen a printed version of the publications, they will be send at the customer address after the payment is obtained to our account.

Purchase without registration

Registration is not required to purchase our products. The customer searches on our site for the product of his interest. Decides which of the offered, or available language versions is more convenient and put it in the shopping cart as an electronic or printed (if available) version of the product. The customer can continue searching for other products or browse the contents of the shopping cart by clicking the cart button on the page top right. In the cart it is possible to enter the number of selected products or to delete some of the products from the cart. Subsequently, it is possible to choose delivery method.

If the customer has chosen an electronic version of the products, they will be automatically sent to him by an e-mail immediately after the payment has been obtained to our account.

If the customer has chosen a paper version of the products, they will be sent by post to the specified address after the payment has been obtained to our account.
